Shawn serves as the director of civil site development for Texas and Oklahoma, he has been with WSB since 2017 and has twenty-nine years of experience in civil design and construction. He leads his team in providing a broad range of services such as civil design, site selection, surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction management and material testing for commercial, industrial and residential projects. Shawn previously served as the Director of Engineering, Planning and Development for the City of Paris for 14 years.
