ALTA Survey

START WITH THE FACTS. Prepare an industry standard land survey including topography, obstructions, and ALTA requirement for use in final site design.

Geotechnical Study

UNDERSTAND YOUR ASSETS. Conduct a site visit to obtain soil samples from the proposed site area, conduct a thorough analysis of those soil samples, and prepare a final report outlining the results of the analysis.

Natural Resources Inventory

MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS. Prepare the natural resources assessment, a desktop wetland and cultural resources review, and a regulatory review. The critical issues analysis (CIA) is important to understand the cost of development before incurring expenses.

Land Use Permitting

MEET ALL LOCAL REQUIREMENTS. Assist with land use permitting including telephonic or electronic communication with the local regulatory agency staff, assembly of the plans and other application requirements, preparation of a project narrative, and the review of the recommended conditions of approval.

Environmental Site Assessment

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT. Perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in general compliance with the ASTM E1527-13 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments.

Civil Design

PREPARE FOR DEVELOPMENT. Civic design includes grading needed to accommodate the design of the access and maintenance roads, and the transformer and invertor foundations. Additional evaluation will determine if grading is necessary for the installation of the racking system.

Stormwater Design

EVALUATE YOUR IMPACT. Determine if additional stormwater will be generated by the installation of solar panels and equipment and provide preliminary design of the stormwater infrastructure necessary to accommodate it.

Landscape Architecture

PROTECT THE LAND. Prepare plans and specifications of ground cover throughout the site. In the past we have included pollinator-friendly vegetation, low-maintenance screening, and planting assisting with stormwater management and soil stabilization.
