Rob Bailey, PE

Bailey serves as Vice President of Transportation at WSB, where he leads transportation growth and strategic initiatives across Texas. With more than three decades of engineering experience, Bailey brings extensive expertise in program management, transportation planning, and infrastructure delivery. Prior to joining WSB, he served as Transportation GEC and Program Division Manager at Atkins North America, overseeing large-scale transportation programs and client partnerships. Based in Dallas, Texas, Bailey is focused on advancing WSB’s presence in the region and delivering innovative, high-quality transportation solutions.
