Nate Osterberg

Osterberg serves as Director of Strategy at WSB, where he directs technical project work and supports the development and delivery of infrastructure solutions. He brings a strong foundation in engineering and construction, with experience spanning project planning, analysis, and implementation. Osterberg is actively involved in guiding teams through complex challenges, contributing to design development, and ensuring projects remain on track from concept through completion. He works closely with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that are efficient, constructible, and aligned with project goals, with a focus on safety, quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Osterberg focuses on building strategic relationships and guiding WSB’s continued growth in energy and utility services.
