Our Chief Operating Officer, Jon Chiglo, is featured in the 2025 Top 500 Design Firms: Design Market Shifts Overnight article by Engineering News-Record (ENR). Jon discusses the ongoing challenges and opportunities in the design market, emphasizing the critical need for STEAM education. Jon highlights that while technology is helping to bridge gaps, the industry still requires key subject matter experts to drive progress.

“Without key subject matter experts driving progress, projects cannot be evaluated or designed, and without field workers, projects cannot be built. We need more planners, earth scientists, engineers, and field staff. Technology will be a tool to assist our staff, not replace them.”
