Tony is the director of utilities management and is based in Oklahoma. He has more than 35 years of transportation experience, beginning with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation working 11 years in their Roadway Design Division. After leaving ODOT Tony began consultant work and has now been at WSB since 2006. Tony began working with utilities in 2010 when he was named a service provider for ODOT’s Utilities Branch. In 2021 WSB developed their Utilities Division in Oklahoma and named Tony as the Director, where he is currently overseeing their 3 main services within the division: Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Relocation Coordination, and Fiber Optic Inspection.
