Rod is the vice president, strategy, and construction. He has over 26 years of professional engineer experience, managing complex projects for federal, state, and municipal agencies. He has worked closely with the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and previously served as a city engineer for multiple municipalities in South Florida. Rod has also worked on major design build projects with public and private partnerships. He brings extensive unique design and construction management experience to his role as vice president and will work closely with municipalities to build the WSB brand across the Southeast region.
