Paul is the Vice President, Transportation in the Colorado/California division at WSB. He leads a team of professionals performing transportation engineering and has experience bringing many projects and teams to successful outcomes. Paul brings 30 years of diverse leadership, policy, planning, maintenance, operations, design, and construction background to WSB. Prior to joining WSB, Paul served as the Colorado Regional Director for EST and the Colorado Department of Transportation R-1 Director, where he led a group of over 800 professionals to manage all aspects of the state highway system in the 8-County Denver Metro Area.
