Loyl has over 35 years of experience in transportation projects focused on bridges and retaining walls. He has experience in all facets of structures including planning, design, construction, inspection, damage assessment, repair and maintenance. Loyl leads the structures group in Texas developing and mentoring young engineers and EIT’s. He previously served as the TxDOT Fort Worth District Engineer overseeing all aspects of transportation in the nine-county district.
