Gary is the Vice President, Construction he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role including 39 years in the delivery of surface transportation infrastructure in Oklahoma. He emphasizes clear communication with clients to effectively support project goals. In 2013 Gary was recognized by then Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin, in his role as the ODOT Chief Engineer, for his contribution to the design, construction, maintenance and operation of Oklahoma’s transportation network.
