Bryan brings over 36 years of planning, designing and managing transportation projects to the WSB team. Bryan has been involved in the structural design of over 50 major bridges throughout Texas and has delivered over 125 separate Plans, Specification & Estimate packages as a project manager. Bryan’s expertise lies in schematic design, right-of-way determination, utility relocation, and Plans, Specification & Estimate (PS&E) preparation for interstates, toll roads, urban arterials, rural highways, municipal streets and complex bridge structures. In his role as Director of Transportation Design, based out of Tyler, TX, Bryan is working to grow and solidify WSB’s transportation practices with TxDOT and other clients throughout the state of Texas.
