Christie has over 27 years of experience throughout the state of Texas in real estate and acquisitions. She has worked with local public agencies such as Bexar County, City of San Antonio, Randolph Air Force Base, TxDOT and many others on state and federally funded projects. She has worked in a variety of industries and fields on all aspects of right of way support. Christie has managed projects with contract fees ranging from $5,000 to $13,000,000. She is an International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 39, South Texas member, a Women’s Transportation Seminar San Antonio Region (WTS-SAR) member and former president, AWWA member.

Jorge has over 19 years of experience in real estate, acquisitions and relocations in the state of Texas. He works with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) as well as other local agencies including Fort Bend County, the City of Houston, Pulte Group and more. Throughout his career, Jorge has managed, improved and developed procedures and policies as a Relocation Manager, Right of Way Clearance Manager, and Acquisition Manager. Additionally, Jorge is an International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 39, South Texas member.

Juan has over 16 years of real estate and negotiation experience, primarily on acquiring land for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and local government agencies such as Houston’s Center Point Energy, the City of Wharton, and many others. Juan has a background in right of way acquisitions, natural gas, electric, and temporary construction easements/permits and right of entry for surveys. In addition, Juan is an International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 39, South Texas member.

TxDOT PHARR DISTRICT, FM 2220 (WARE ROAD), HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS | 2023-PRESENT

• Provide relocation services for 12 parcels located in Precinct 4 of the City of McAllen. The purpose of this project is to widen Ware Road from 2 lanes to 6 lanes for 5.4 miles from FM 1925 to Mile 5 Road to improve safety and mobility including drainage.

CITY OF BUDA, GENERAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT (GEC), TEXAS | 2023-PRESENT 

• Provide right of way services for all capital improvement projects, including the Eastside Park and Onion Creek Trail projects. Services include cost estimates for future project areas, title and abstract work and communication to the community.

TxDOT PHARR DISTRICT, STATE LOOP 195, STARR COUNTY, TEXAS | 2022-PRESENT 

• Provide relocation services for three segments of a 17.24-mile corridor from FM 755 to US 83, with an estimated construction cost of $209 million. Providing a new 4 lane divided highway between Rio Grande City and Roma, TX will improve safety, mobility and connectivity.

CITY OF DENTON, DENTON MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC, IH 35 UTILITY RELOCATION, DENTON, TEXAS | 2022-2023 

• Acquired an additional easement to relocate utilities in advance of the TxDOT IH 35 at Loop 288 expansion project.

CITY OF DENTON, DENTON MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC, HICKORY TO LOCUST TRANSMISSION LINE, DENTON, TEXAS | 2022

• Acquired 11 easements for the reconstruction of existing transmission line for Denton Municipal Electric.

• Acquired 2 easements for the new substation for Denton Municipal Electric.
