To advance public safety, travel time reliability and enhance access to jobs and commerce, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) championed a new “Driving Forward Initiative.” As part of this initiative, the OTA partnered with EST as a primary service provider, who led on planning, design, and construction management services on several of the corridor improvements including the new Gilcrease Expressway in Tulsa.

A local Texas engineering firm engaged with the WSB technology team to update a 5-year old sign inventory of the Sam Rayburn Tollway (SRT). This unique 16 mile stretch of road that needed to be inventoried in both directions and included multi-level stacked interchanges, frontage roads, approaches and all on/off ramps.
