Brad has extensive experience in all aspects of transportation engineering including construction administration, materials testing, project inspection, planning, design, pavement engineering and maintenance. Brad retired from TxDOT after 28 years of service from the Paris District. He worked as a roadway/bridge designer and construction engineer before progressing through several managerial positions including Assistant Area Engineer for the Sulphur Springs Area Office, AE for the Paris and Sulphur Springs Area Offices, Director of Construction and Director of Operations. He now serves as vice president, construction for WSB, where he will oversee the construction division.
