Yoga classes in the workplace boost productivity, increase mental clarity, combat fatigue, improve memory, strengthen the muscles, fight stress and increase workplace satisfaction. Join the WSB Wellness Committee and WSB University for a lunchtime yoga session led by instructors from Incorporate Yoga. Wear comfy clothes. Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own. If it is your first class this year, please print, complete, and bring this waiver.
