Back to projects

Over the last decade, WSB has partnered with the City of St. Anthony Village to protect local water resources and support responsible development through proactive MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) and Construction Stormwater (CSW) inspections. The City faced a growing challenge: how to ensure consistent compliance with NPDES permit requirements across both public and private construction sites—without overextending internal resources.

WSB stepped in to fill that gap, providing on-site inspections that not only ensured regulatory compliance but also empowered developers and contractors with practical guidance on erosion and sediment control best practices. Our team worked closely with City staff to identify and prioritize non-compliant sites, issue timely verbal and written notices, and maintain thorough documentation across numerous projects.

By streamlining inspection processes and enhancing communication between the City and private stakeholders, WSB helped the City of St. Anthony Village reduce environmental risk, improve construction site performance, and uphold its commitment to clean water and sustainable growth.
