Maple Grove Main Street Redevelopment

WSB worked with the City of Maple Grove to revitalize Main Street – a focal point of the community for more than two decades, by coordinating planning efforts and managing the reconstruction of the corridor.

During the planning process, a unified vision was identified which would revitalize the corridor. A significant challenge in the project was ensuring that all the businesses were able to maintain access during construction. WSB broke the project into three phases to ensure safe access for users throughout the construction process. Since several businesses had only one entrance, phasing and staging were critical to the success of the project.

Now complete, the Main Street Corridor has been transformed into an updated, visually stunning centerpiece of Maple Grove that residents and visitors will enjoy for years to come.
