Kellen Research Building

WSB provides a wide variety of services for many markets. We support many large facilities across the country, including buildings on healthcare campuses. One healthcare campus we have recently supported is the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where we worked on the Kellen Research Building.

For this project, we provided geotechnical inspections, vertical and civil special inspection services and GPR for the research building. Additionally, we provided land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture design for this project. This project, along with the history of WSB working on various projects for Mayo Clinic, has opened the door for some expanded opportunities with this client that spans across many groups within WSB.
