Tony Terrell

Terrell serves as Director of Utilities Management at WSB, where he oversees subsurface utility engineering, utility relocation coordination, and fiber optic inspection services across Oklahoma. With nearly four decades of transportation experience, Terrell began his career with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, where he spent 11 years in the Roadway Design Division before transitioning to consulting. He joined WSB in 2006 and has been instrumental in developing and expanding the firm’s utilities practice. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Terrell continues to lead efforts that improve efficiency, coordination, and innovation in utility management.
