Steve Nelson

Nelson serves as Director of Water and Wastewater at WSB, where he leads team growth, business development, and innovation in biological filtration and water treatment technologies. With more than three decades of experience, Nelson has guided the design and renovation of treatment plants, process optimizations, and filtration system improvements across Minnesota. His leadership emphasizes environmentally responsible and sustainable solutions that protect natural resources and strengthen community infrastructure. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Nelson continues to advance WSB’s water and wastewater services through technical expertise and collaborative problem solving.
