Shawn Poe

Poe serves as Director of Municipal Services at WSB, where he leads efforts to expand municipal partnerships and service delivery across Colorado. With nearly three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, Poe brings a deep understanding of infrastructure planning, design, and operations. He has served as City Engineer and Director of Public Works for multiple communities and is a past president of the Texas Chapter of the American Public Works Association. Poe currently serves on the board of the Colorado Chapter, where he continues to advance collaboration and innovation in public infrastructure. Based in Denver, Colorado, Poe is dedicated to strengthening WSB’s municipal presence throughout the region.
