Ron Bray, PE

Bray serves as Vice President of Strategy at WSB and is one of the firm’s founding leaders. With nearly four decades of experience in transportation engineering, he brings expertise in traffic analysis, geometric design, and construction management for state, county, and municipal infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience leading public engagement processes and guiding federally funded transportation initiatives in partnership with state and local agencies. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he continues to advance WSB’s strategic direction, fostering innovation and collaboration that strengthen communities and shape the future of transportation.
