Rick Johnson

Rick is the Vice President, Operations, he has over 27 years of experience in the transportation industry with a primary focus in project management, project delivery, and leading multi-dimensional technical teams. He will be working to improve operations across WSB with a primary focus in Oklahoma. Improving operations will include a focus on project management, integration of design and construction aspects in all regions of the organization.
