Pete Willenbring, PE

Willenbring serves as Vice President of Water Resources at WSB and is one of the firm’s co-founders. Since helping establish WSB in 1995, he has led the development and management of the Water Resources and Environmental Engineering groups while supporting firmwide operations. With more than three decades of civil engineering experience, Willenbring has provided consulting services to over 100 city, county, state, and federal clients. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he is recognized for his leadership in water resource and environmental engineering, project management, and planning, advancing sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions across the region.
