Paul Poynter, PE

Poynter serves as Vice President of Structures at WSB, where he leads bridge and structural engineering operations across Oklahoma. With more than three decades of experience, Poynter specializes in the design, planning, and delivery of bridge construction projects for public and private clients. His background includes extensive work with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, counties, municipalities, and Native American nations. Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Poynter brings a deep understanding of complex infrastructure design and a collaborative approach that supports WSB’s mission to deliver safe, resilient, and innovative structural solutions.
