Paul Poynter, PE

Paul will be leading the Oklahoma bridge/structural group as director, structures. His focus along with his team is primarily on producing designs, plans and preliminary reports for bridge construction projects throughout the State of Oklahoma. Paul will work with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA), multiple counties, municipalities and multiple Native American Tribes in his role. He has been working in bridge design for over 30 years previously as a consultant, and in the ODOT bridge division.
