Nolan Harvey

Nolan is the director, municipal services and has previously served multiple jurisdictions as engineering services manager and city engineer. His experience has provided him with valuable insight to implementing ordinances and tailoring to each of the municipalities he has worked with. He has worked on implementing regulations for public and private projects through engineering review and approval processes.
