Mark Osborn, PE

Mark Osborn is the Director of Geotechnical Services. Mark has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and is an asset to our construction division. He develops the construction team and supports the firm’s geotechnical workload allowing for more efficient and effective field services. He continues to expand and strengthen our client relationships and construction services.
