Mark Andrew, PE

Mark has over 35 years of construction and design management experience on roadway and bridge projects for CDOT. He previously served as a CDOT Program, Resident, and Project Engineer for over 24 years. Mark effectively led many multi-disciplined teams for over $700 million in roadway and bridge projects including several projects using innovative contracting methods such as streamline and traditional design-build delivery.
