Mark Andrew, PE

Andrew serves as Director of Contract Administration at WSB, where he oversees construction and design management for complex roadway and bridge projects. With nearly four decades of experience, Andrew has led multidisciplinary teams delivering more than $700 million in transportation projects for the Colorado Department of Transportation and other agencies. His expertise includes innovative contracting methods such as streamlined and traditional design-build delivery, with notable projects including the Powers Boulevard Bridges and Cimarron Interchange in El Paso County. Based in Denver, Colorado, Andrew brings deep technical knowledge and proven leadership to WSB’s transportation program management efforts.
