Justin is the Director of GIS Services and leads our Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Group. He has over 13 years of experience in managing GIS projects and GIS staff, software development, solutions design, integration and implementation. Justin works closely with our clients to implement GIS-based tools and related systems that meet their needs, provides maximum value and fosters engagement.
