Jupe Hale, PE

Hale serves as Senior Director of Municipal Services at WSB, where he leads municipal operations and supports growth across Minnesota and North Dakota. With more than three decades of industry experience in both the public and private sectors, Hale brings deep insight into infrastructure development. He currently serves as the 2024 President of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Public Works Association and has taught in the University of Minnesota’s Construction Management Program for more than a decade. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Hale strengthens WSB’s municipal division through collaboration, leadership, and technical excellence.
