Josh Golleher

Josh serves as the director, materials in the Texas region. He has over 18 years of experience in construction materials management and testing as an Engineering Specialist with TxDOT. Over the course of Josh’s career, he was responsible for a variety of materials testing in multiple counties. His experience has prepared him to be director of materials in Texas, taking a more active role in guiding the materials testing teams in the state of Texas.
