Golleher serves as Director of Materials at WSB, where he oversees construction materials management, testing, and quality assurance across Texas. With nearly two decades of experience, including service as an Engineering Specialist with the Texas Department of Transportation, Golleher brings extensive expertise in field and laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and compliance oversight. He works closely with contractors, municipalities, and material producers to ensure consistency, safety, and adherence to specifications. Based in Austin, Texas, Golleher leads WSB’s materials teams in delivering reliable, high-quality results that support infrastructure growth across the region.
