He has been instrumental in advancing alternative contracting approaches and leading major Minnesota Department of Transportation projects. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Chiglo is recognized for his ability to unite multi-disciplinary teams to achieve exceptional results and drive continuous improvement across WSB’s operations.
