John Hudspeth

Hudspeth serves as Vice President of Texas Operations at WSB, where he oversees statewide operations and drives strategic growth across the region. With nearly three decades of experience, including more than two decades at the Texas Department of Transportation, Hudspeth has led some of the largest and most complex transportation projects in the nation, such as the $2.8 billion IH 635 Managed Lanes Public-Private Partnership. His expertise in alternative delivery, infrastructure innovation, and client collaboration guides WSB’s efforts to expand its presence and advance digital delivery initiatives. Based in Dallas, Texas, Hudspeth is helping shape the future of infrastructure across the state and beyond.
