Jerel Rackley

Rackley serves as Director of Transportation Design at WSB, where he leads business development and project management efforts for transportation projects across Texas. With more than two decades of experience, he has managed and designed a wide range of infrastructure projects, including safety enhancements, roadway expansions, and new tollway developments. His expertise span plans, specifications, and estimates preparation, schematic and geometric design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and construction management. Based in Round Rock, Texas, Rackley is dedicated to advancing efficient, high-quality transportation solutions that meet the evolving needs of communities statewide.
