Jennifer Bullard

Bullard brings over 20 years of experience from her tenure at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Her vast knowledge, coupled with the significant relationships she has established in the state, has greatly contributed to her reputation as a respected leader across Oklahoma. She was honored as the Women in Transportation Seminar’s (WTS) Woman of the Year for Oklahoma in 2024, showcasing her outstanding contributions to the field. Bullard will oversee various groups including materials, construction management, and more. She will prioritize expanding construction management services and contract administration throughout Oklahoma with a strong focus on integrating advanced 3-d model-centric technology.
