Jayson Honer

Honer serves as Director of Field Services at WSB, where he leads oil and gas field operations across all regions and drives strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, efficiency, and client success. With more than a decade of experience in natural gas pipeline and facility construction, he has served in multiple roles, including weld inspector, chief inspector, and project manager. Based in Fargo, North Dakota, Honer has played a key role in expanding WSB’s field services team from two to more than 200 multidisciplinary inspectors nationwide, advancing innovation and consistency in field operations.
