Jay is a Vice President leading our Texas area business. He has more than 25 years of experience in the municipal and civil engineering field overseeing the management, planning, coordination, design, and construction of a wide variety of municipal projects. He currently lives in Austin, TX where he works with staff and clients to expand our national footprint.
