Jay Kennedy, PE

Jay is the Vice President of Municipal services and has been serving communities for over 30 years. Jay leads the delivery of our Municipal services in Texas and Oklahoma, building client relationships, developing technical expertise, and improving project management processes. Jay brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant City Engineer to our clients, and has a strong understanding of all aspects of City government. Jay has an extensive background in capital planning, program management, asset management, development management, and project financing for roadway, utility, storm drainage, parks, and facility projects. Jay is located in our Austin, Texas office.
