Earth Evans, PE

Evans serves as Director of Water Resources at WSB, where she leads multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and delivery of complex water resource projects. With nearly three decades of experience, she is a technical expert in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain management, stormwater quality, and permitting. Evans has managed projects from planning and preliminary engineering through design and construction, bringing deep knowledge of Minnesota Department of Transportation and state aid requirements. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she is dedicated to developing resilient, sustainable water management solutions that protect communities and natural resources.
