Rogers serves as Director of Transportation Design at WSB, where he leads roadway and highway design operations across Texas. With nearly four decades of experience in transportation engineering, he has managed the development of more than 50 major projects with a combined construction value exceeding $350 million. His expertise includes schematic design, plans, specifications, and estimates development, traffic engineering, hydrology and hydraulics, and utility coordination for state, county, and municipal projects. Based in Austin, Texas, Rogers is dedicated to delivering efficient, high-quality transportation solutions that enhance mobility and safety across the region.
