Cory Nichols, PE

Nichols serves as Vice President of Operations at WSB, where he oversees firmwide operations and collaborates with division leaders to advance growth and strategic initiatives. With nearly three decades of project management experience in roadway and bridge construction, Nichols is recognized for his leadership in issue resolution, claim prevention, and stakeholder communication. His background includes managing more than 80 transportation projects and serving as a Bridge Specialist for the Florida Department of Transportation. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Nichols is dedicated to driving operational excellence, efficiency, and consistency across WSB’s infrastructure delivery.
