Christopher Rousseau

Rousseau brings more than two decades of experience in hydro engineering, dam safety, and renewable energy development to WSB’s renewables team. His background includes senior leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Mavel America’s, Renewable Energy Market Leader at J.F. Brennan Company, and Manager of Renewable Business Operations at Minnesota Power. Rousseau’s expertise in complex project management and alternative delivery supports WSB’s mission to drive innovation across the nation’s renewable energy landscape. He also serves on the National Hydropower Association Board of Directors and was elected Vice Chair in 2024. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Rousseau is dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions that power a cleaner future.
