As the former public works director for the City of Rochester, Chris Petree helps lead our firm with more than two decades of experience working for municipalities. His work has included everything from transit and land development to wastewater and stormwater management while managing multi-million-dollar annual operating budgets. He is responsible for operations and projects in Rochester, overseeing our work in southeast Minnesota, and supporting all clients by sharing best practices around project management, quality control and client engagement.
