Carla Easton

Carla serves as the director, municipal services and has over 21 years of engineering design and project management experience. Her experience includes working with municipal, state, and federally funded projects. She brings a wide range of municipal project experience from working with the City of McKinney and as City Engineer for the City of Paris. Carla spent the first six years of her career in transportation and roadway design on a variety of TxDOT and city projects.
