Carla Easton

Easton serves as Director of Municipal Services at WSB, where she leads project planning, design, and delivery for municipal infrastructure across Texas. With over two decades of engineering and project management experience, she has overseen a wide range of municipal, state, and federally funded projects. Her background includes capital improvement planning, roadway and infrastructure design, downtown revitalization, and grant management. Before serving as Director of Engineering, Planning, and Community Development for the City of Paris, Texas, Easton worked in transportation design for Texas Department of Transportation and several cities. Based in Paris, Texas, she is passionate about developing infrastructure that improves quality of life and supports community growth.
