Osberg serves as Director of Structures at WSB, where he leads bridge and structural engineering projects from concept through construction. With nearly three decades of experience, he has designed and managed more than 100 bridges and numerous complex structural systems including retaining walls, tunnels, culverts, and rehabilitations. His deep knowledge of Minnesota Department of Transportation standards, procedures, and requirements ensures designs that balance innovation, efficiency, and compliance.
