Caleb is the Vice President, Transportation in our Oklahoma division. He oversees the design, structures, drainage and hydraulics, traffic operations, traffic design, public engagement, planning, and right of way divisions. In addition, Caleb oversees all pre-construction projects, program deliveries and organization. Caleb previously worked with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for over 20 years and transitioned to WSB in 2021.
