Buddy Williams

Williams serves as Vice President of Strategy at WSB, where he supports business growth and operational excellence across Texas and the surrounding region. With more than three decades of experience in highway design, construction, materials, and maintenance, he brings deep expertise from his tenure with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). During his career at TxDOT, Williams held several key leadership roles, including Atlanta District Engineer, Director of the Materials and Tests Division, and Deputy Director of the Construction Division. Based in Texarkana, Texas, he continues to collaborate with industry partners and academic institutions to advance research, innovation, and quality standards in transportation infrastructure.
