Bryan Hodges, PE

Hodges serves as Director of Transportation Design at WSB, where he leads transportation planning, design, and project management efforts across Texas. With nearly four decades of experience, including 30 years with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), he brings extensive expertise in schematic design, right-of-way determination, and utility coordination, as well as plans, specifications, and estimate development for interstates, toll roads, urban arterials, and complex bridge structures. Based in Tyler, Texas, Hodges focuses on strengthening WSB’s transportation partnerships with TxDOT and other agencies while advancing efficient, high-quality infrastructure solutions throughout the state.
