Brian Bourassa

Bourassa serves as Vice President of Strategy at WSB, where he focuses on business development and growth across city, tribal, and energy markets. With more than three decades of experience in civil engineering and business strategy, Bourassa has led a wide range of municipal and infrastructure projects, including roadway design, stormwater management, water distribution, and park development. He is responsible for new client acquisition, pursuit strategy, and the launch of new services, and he also co-leads WSB’s business development training program. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Bourassa is dedicated to fostering client partnerships and advancing WSB’s mission of building what’s next in infrastructure.
