Brian Bourassa

Brian is a Vice President of Corporate Development. With this role, Brian focuses on developing business in the City, Tribal, and Energy Markets. Brian has more than 30 years of experience as a civil engineer and business strategist. In his role at WSB, Brian is responsible for new client acquisition, pursuit strategy, and launching new services. Brian also co-leads the business development training (BILD) for WSB.
